One of our on-boarding questions for our Team members is, "How have you experienced harm in your past employment positions?" Our findings? Hierarchal structures of institutional power have contributed to past workplace harm experienced by all members of our Team.
So, we've spent a lot of time rethinking the way we relate to one another. We're moving away from an understanding of power that condones control, and towards an understanding of power as varying responsibilities to one another.
