Our approach to training services is unique.

Learning Materials

Space for Honest Dialogue

Adult-Learning

Every training service includes presentation slides and a manual. We contextualize the content to the client's sector.

Content is important, but we place equal weight on the space we create for mediated and honest dialogue and goal-setting.

Our training curriculum is informed by adult-learning research, so practices like peer-to-peer learning is emphasized.

Like our training topics, our training service options are many.

Half to Full-Day Training

The service deliverer will create a half (3 to 5 hour) to full-day (6 to 8 hour) training. These trainings are always accompanied with a learning manual and slides, breaks, and an accessible approach to service delivery.

Workshops

The service deliverer will create workshops at conferences and larger events tailored for members of the public. Workshops up to 2.5 hours; otherwise, it is a half-day training. Learning manuals and presentation slides may be included.

Multiple-Day Training

The service deliverer will create a two to five day training (up to 8 hour/day) that focuses on more general topics in a requested context. These trainings are always accompanied with a learning manual and slides, breaks, and an accessible approach to service delivery.

Training Reports

The training report option is great when an organization is seeking to implement the training learnings into an action-oriented checklist, and to capture the participant feedback. The report later serves as a resource for organization members and for year-end reports.

Asynchronous training options allow clients to build our training into on-boarding packages, or to deliver training to a high volume of people.

Asynchronous learning is used to describe forms of education that does not occur in the same place or at the same time. When clients require that a high volume of people need to be trained, or that they want to create sustainable training for future employees or volunteers, they opt for us to develop asynchronous training.

In our Training Services Packages, you’ll find more details about our approach to service delivery,  topics, and our price structure.

Our Services Packages are perfect to bring back to teams for approval.

The price structures are based on the kind of client: Non-Profit and Youth, Private, and public. This is one of many efforts we make to ensure our services are as accessible as possible. Please select the Training Services Package that best suits the your organization.
