Don't just take our word, here's a bit about our services in their words.
I received many notes and comments from participants on how impactful the session was to them. There were moments of heaviness but the heaviness was needed. Thank you for giving us the space to listen, learn and reflect as we continue along our journey to reconciliation, individually and as an organization.
Seedbox Technology, Speaking Services
Our session exceeded our expectations. From the initial outreach seeking more information on the services of Future Ancestors to the materials prepared for the session to the session itself all expectations were exceeded. I was so moved by this experience personally and also saw the positive impact this session had on our staff.
Sunnybrook Foundation, Speaking Services
I loved the training. I thought it was very informative, very well done. I love how it's obvious that Larissa put a lot of time in before the session to learn and understand about our organization and where some of our gaps might be, and where some of the areas are that were already championing some of this... She was very well informed and connected and knowledgeable and created a space that was welcoming and inclusive for us to share.

No need to have every detail finalized, just share what you're looking for, and we’ll recommend the best fit from our training, speaking, or consulting services. If we’re unable to meet your needs directly, we’ll connect you with a Represented Speaker or a trusted service provider from our network.
When you book our in-house services, you’ll be working directly with our Founder, Larissa Crawford, who brings a wealth of experience in anti-racism, decolonization, and sustainability. Depending on the project, you may also collaborate with some of our incredible Represented Speakers, who contribute their unique expertise and lived experiences.
Behind the scenes, our small but mighty internal administrative team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly, from logistics to follow-up support. We use the trusted services of LaBrie Professional Services for bookkeeping and accounting services, and Indigenous-owned Virtual Gurus for administrative support hiring.
We work with a wide range of clients, from grassroots organizations to large multilateral and international institutions. Whether you’re a non-profit, business, or educational institution, we’re open to collaborating with those who share our vision for meaningful, values-driven impact.
That said, our services aren’t for everyone. Because we prioritize our relationships with the communities we belong to and serve - including Earth - we sometimes have to turn down or end partnerships with clients who don’t align with our commitments to equity, sustainability, and accountability. To ensure we’re the right fit, we have open and transparent conversations with potential clients before signing any contract.
We make sure every service is personalized through a collaborative co-design process. From the start, we work closely with you to define clear goals, expectations, and desired outcomes, creating a shared roadmap for success. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s about co-creating experiences and solutions that reflect your unique needs and values.
We keep communication open and transparent throughout, using tools like shared expectation documents and feedback loops to adjust as needed. By involving you as a co-creator, we ensure that the final service not only meets but exceeds your expectations, while fostering a relationship centered on trust and meaningful impact.
Absolutely! We understand that every project is unique, so we’re happy to customize or combine multiple services to fit your needs. Depending on the project’s focus and our capacity, we may also bring on one or more of our Represented Speakers to collaborate.
This approach allows us to offer a wider range of expertise and tailored solutions, making it an especially great option for conference planning or larger, multi-faceted events. With our flexible structure, we can design a package that works seamlessly for your goals.
Ideally, we recommend booking our services at least 2 months in advance of delivery or project completion. This allows us to co-design the experience, customize details, and ensure everything runs smoothly. However, we understand that urgent or short-term needs come up, and we do accept these requests selectively based on our capacity and the project’s scope.
